Spring Tree Pruning Workshop with Mike Yost, Certified Arborist

The growing season will soon be here. Need to prune your tree, but don’t want to wreck it? This workshop will set you on the right track

In this hands-on workshop, you will gain the essential principles and techniques of pruning trees to improve their health and aesthetics. The instructor will demonstrate pruning methods and then you will have the opportunity to practice what you have seen. The focus of this workshop will be on pruning smaller trees where you can work on the ground without needing a ladder.

The small size of the workshop will give you opportunity to practice pruning and engage the instructor with any questions you may have.

We will supply pruning shears and saws, but you may also bring your own tools. This is an “any weather” event, so dress appropriately for the weather.
