Hello Everyone,
We are looking for volunteers to help out for both Friday, May 27 evening and Saturday, May 28. If you can help for 1 or more hours on one or both days, that would be great! The times are: Friday from 3:00pm on and Saturday the sale is 7:00am to 2 pm.
As the Niagara group is not here to sell annuals this year, we are selling the annuals too and in a larger tent.

 Plants please!!!!
When giving:  Please
1. Pot ASAP so that they are perky for the sale days
2. Label with name of plant and the colour of the blooms if you know it. I make labels out of plastic yogurt containers that I cut into strips and use a permanent marker.
3. Plants in bloom sell really well.
4. Hostas….people are looking for the newer varieties for colour and various sizes
Plant drop-off: New Procedures this year!!!
Before 4:00 pm on Friday, you can bring your vehicle to the tent to off load plants. After 4:00 and throughout Saturday , there is a Drop-off tent  at the entrance to the fairgrounds where you bring plants and they will be brought to the tent via golf cart.
