WHS is buzzing with events!

March 10, 7:00 - 8:00 pm, Pollinator Gardens webinar with Colette Mesher, PhD.

Pollinators, including bees, butterflies, beetles, birds and bats, play an essential role in maintaining healthy ecosystems. Learn how to create your own or help the Wilmot Horticulture Society care for gardens across the Township. Create beautiful spaces for people and animals as well as create a pollinator garden movement.

Colette has been actively involved in the beekeeping industry, as a hobby beekeeper, teaching workshops, and as an Ontario Bee Association board member. Colette runs a small beekeeping business – Miel Rebel Honey. From the moment that Colette first handled a frame of bees, she was hooked.
